01Acceptance of terms
By accessing MCPORT — the marketplace and x402 payment gateway for MCP servers, skills and workflows — you agree to these terms. If you use MCPORT on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-product. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
02Accounts & authentication
You sign in with a Coinbase Smart Wallet using Sign-In with Ethereum — there is no password or seed phrase to manage. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your wallet, as it controls your MCPORT account.
You must be able to lawfully enter into these terms. One person or organization is responsible for each account and for all activity that occurs under it.
03Deposit wallet & funds
Each account is provisioned a custodial deposit wallet. You fund it by sending USDC on Base, and your balance is used to pay for usage. Because MCPORT signs payments on your behalf, the platform holds the wallet's signing key and your funds remain in the wallet to be spent per call.
Your available balance is what backs your usage. When your balance is exhausted, further paid calls are declined until you add funds. Deposits and settled payments are on-chain and are not reversible by MCPORT.
04API keys, agents & spending caps
You issue Bearer API keys to your agents. Agents authenticate with these keys only — they never sign transactions or hold funds themselves. You remain responsible for all calls and payments made with your keys.
Each key can carry a per-call and a per-day spending cap, enforced before any payment is signed, and can be revoked at any time. Caps limit exposure from a lost or misused key but do not reverse payments already settled.
05Payments — per-call & purchases
Hosted listings are metered and priced per call in USDC. For each call, MCPORT signs an x402 (EIP-3009) transfer from your custodial wallet to the treasury and waits for on-chain settlement before returning a result. You are charged only when the seller's service responds successfully, at the price shown at the time of the call.
Skills and some workflows are sold as artifacts rather than metered per call — either free or as a one-time purchase that grants you a durable entitlement to download and use the delivered bundle. Once confirmed on-chain, purchases and per-call settlements are final.
06Seller obligations & payouts
Sellers of hosted listings host their own endpoints and are responsible for their availability, security, and the accuracy of listed prices and tool schemas. Sellers of artifacts are responsible for the contents of the bundles they publish, including that they are free of malware and lawful to distribute. Listings are subject to review before going live.
MCPORT deducts a platform fee from seller revenue. Sellers are paid out in USDC on-chain to their designated address.
07Acceptable use
You may not use MCPORT to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass metering, payment, or spending controls. You may not resell or redistribute purchased artifacts except as permitted by their license. Abusive or fraudulent activity may result in suspension.
Automated agents must respect rate limits and the terms of the skills and services they call.
08Disclaimers & liability
MCPORT is provided "as is." We route and meter calls, deliver artifacts, and settle payments, but do not warrant the output, security, or fitness of third-party seller listings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPORT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace or any listed service.
09Changes, suspension & contact
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using MCPORT at any time; funds and entitlements remain subject to on-chain finality.
We may revise these terms from time to time, with material changes announced in-product.
